Definitions of fields

The Protein Folding Database contains many different fields of data about protein.
Where possible we have tried to use logical grouping of fields & standarised notation for those fields.
We do understand however that some users may know fields as different names or notations, while there may be other users who do not know what the field actually denotes, or its relevance to the data.

We have decided to combat these problems by providing a detailed help section explaining all data fields.

Please Note: This section is still under development, and as such you may find that some fields are not yet defined. We're working as quick as we can on entering them for you, please be patient.
